Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Sunveo ships internationally! We're committed to bringing our products to customers around the world. See our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery times, and if you have any questions our support team is here to help.
Can I change my shipping address?
Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address? As long as your order isn't shipped out already, we'll be happy to change it β email us the new order details and we'll make the modification.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Help! I think my order is lost!
Worried your order was lost in transit? If it isn't showing up through the tracking link, the tracking number may update to advise of a delayed delivery date. Please give it time to update. If your item still hasn't been delivered within 30 days, please contact us immediately so we can solve the issue.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the method selected. Orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive within 8-14 business days (once dispatched). All orders dispatch from our warehouse within 3 business days; in peak periods please allow up to 6 business days. *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind Sunveo with our Feel-Cooler Guarantee β if it doesn't keep you cooler on a hot day, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
